El entramado jurídico del socialismo del Siglo XXI. De la autocracia militar dictatorial venezolana y su sustitución por una institucionalidad democrática sin impunidad y sin venganza

Abstract

El presente trabajo es un análisis de los factores y la estructura del régimen opresor de Venezuela, fruto de una ideología basada en la autocracia. En el cual se destaca como uno de los elementos de esa autocracia la participación en esa estructura del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia. Asimismo, se hace referencia al deterioro social al que ha llevado esa estructura autocrática y a la sistemática persecución, con base al Informe de la Alta Comisionada de Derechos Humanos de la ONU. Y se concluye en lo difícil de la solución del conflicto político derivado de la estructura autocrática de corte ideológico.

This work is an analysis of the factors and the structure of the oppressive regime in Venezuela, the result of an ideology based on autocracy. In that structure the participation of the Supreme Court of Justice stands out as one of the elements of that autocracy. Likewise, reference is made to the social deterioration to which this autocratic structure has led and to the systematic persecution, based on the Report of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. The study concludes in the difficulty of solving the political conflict derived from the autocratic ideological structure.
