Aproximación al concepto de dignidad humana

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objeto explicar la evolución de la idea de dignidad humana, y como el mismo ha servido como fundamento de los derechos humanos a partir de la declaración universal, cuáles son sus elementos más resaltantes y los desafíos que tiene actualmente en el desarrollo de los derechos humanos ante los retos que la innovaciones y cambios sociales imponen a la persona y por tanto a su propia dignidad.

The purpose of this work is to explain the evolution of the idea of human dignity, and how it has served as the foundation of human rights since the universal declaration, what are its most outstanding elements and the challenges that it currently has in the development of human rights in the face of the challenges that innovations and social changes impose on the person and therefore on their own dignity.
