La Corte Interamericana dice Eureka al Derecho Humano al agua potable

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objeto mostrar la evolución internacional del derecho humano al agua potable, a partir de las declaraciones en cumbres internacionales, pasando por las convenciones sobre derechos humanos, hasta las recientes resoluciones de las organizaciones internacionales del sistema universal y los aportes del sistema interamericano de derechos humanos, que permiten considerar su potencial incorporación en los ordenamientos constitucionales de América Latina.

This paper aims to show the international evolution of the human right to drinking water, from declarations at international summits, through conventions on human rights, to the recent resolutions from international organizations of the universal system and the contributions of the Inter-American system of human rights, that allow us to consider its potential incorporation in the Latin America Constitutions.
