El comportamiento ético del gerente desde la mirada de la teoría Behaviorista

Abstract

El ser humano dentro de la organización ha definido perfiles de conducta conectados con la ética del que ocupa el cargo de gerente. El objetivo de esta investigación se centra en analizar la teoría Behaviorista observar cómo aplica, partiendo de los aspectos teóricos, conceptuales y metodológicos, y finalmente valorando los aspectos éticos gerenciales en la organización. Se empleó un diseño de investigación documental desde el análisis de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas y se aplicó el método hermenéutico-interpretativo en contexto teórico documental. La técnica fue el análisis documental empleando el instrumento “fichaje de la literatura consultada”. El enfoque es cualitativo de carácter descriptivo. En este sentido, se hizo un breve análisis de la teoría Behaviorista determinándose los aspectos teóricos, conceptuales y metodológicos más relevantes para ser aplicados al comportamiento ético gerencial. Finalmente se realizó un estudio epistemológico del comportamiento ético gerencial para comprender la heurística de la teoría supra mencionada en la categoría de análisis.

The human being within the organization has defined behavioral profiles connected with managerial ethics. The objective of this research is to analyze the behaviorist theory to observe how it applies, starting from the theoretical, conceptual and methodological aspects, and finally assessing the managerial ethical aspects in the organization. A documentary research design was used from the analysis of different bibliographic sources and the hermeneutic-interpretative method was applied in a documentary theoretical context. The technique was documentary analysis using the instrument "signing of the consulted literature". The approach is qualitative descriptive. In this sense, a brief analysis of behaviorist theory was made, determining the most relevant theoretical, conceptual and methodological aspects to be applied to ethical managerial behavior. Finally, an epistemological study of ethical managerial behavior was carried out to understand the heuristics of the theory mentioned above in the category of analysis.
