Euromanagement como herramienta para la sinergia en la gestión pública municipal

Abstract

El propósito de esta investigación es explorar sobre el Neuromanagement como herramienta para la sinergia en la gestión pública municipal. La investigación se abordó desde la perspectiva de un paradigma positivista, con un alcance documental. Se obtuvieron datos de diversos textos y artículos académicos que abordaron temas como el Neuromaganament, inteligencia emocional, sinergia, liderazgo, toma de decisiones. El artículo surgió como base de la investigación que se lleva a cabo en cuanto a la innovación en el desarrollo local; ya que las organizaciones durante muchos años han venido cambiando, trabajando a una velocidad inminente, sin pensar en el ser humano como pilar fundamental y medular, el Neuromanagement es una ciencia que une los conocimientos obtenidos del estudio del cerebro humano en funcionamiento conl os del gerenciamiento y la conducción de equipos que accionan en las organizaciones. Se concluye sobre el estilo que todo gerente debe ser un líder, donde la sinergia es la suma de energías individuales necesaria para la renovación y ampliación corporativa, con visión prospectiva a nuevos cambios y calidad del servicio, que los entes municipales muestran un déficit en cuanto a la Neurogerencia y se hace necesario la aplicación de herramientas que apoyen el Neuromanagement para generar aportes que contribuyan a la evolución y conducción de los equipos de trabajo que articule el trabajo en colectivo tanto dentro como fuera de los espacios administrativos y de respuesta a políticas públicas.

The purpose of this research is to explore Neuromanagement as a tool for synergy in municipal public management. The research was approached from the perspective of a positivist paradigm, with a documentary scope. Data was obtained from various texts and academic articles that address topics such as Neuromaganament, emotional intelligence, synergy, leadership, decision making. The article emerged as the basis of the research carried out regarding innovation in local development; Since organizations have been changing for many years, working at an imminent speed,without thinking about the human being as a fundamental and core pillar, Neuromanagement is a science that unites the knowledge obtained from the study of the human brain in operation with that of managementand leading teams that act in organizations. Itis concluded about the style that every manager must be a leader, where synergy is the sum of individual energies necessary for corporate renewal and expansion, with a prospective vision for new changes and quality of service, which municipal entities show a deficit in terms of to Neuromanagement and the application of tools that support Neuromanagement is necessary to generate contributions that contribute to the evolution and leadership of the work teams that articulate collective work both inside and outside the administrative spaces and response to public policies
