Poderes Salvajes de Luigi Ferrajoli

Abstract

Este artículo es un análisis prescriptivo de la Teoría de Luigi Ferrajoli sobre Poderes Salvajes que ponen en riesgo la existencia de la Democracia Constitucional. Para ello, me aproximaré al concepto de Poder, a través de los autores que he considerado relevantes en la materia. Posteriormente, abordaré el concepto general de Democracia, con el fin de dilucidar de mejor manera dicho término en la actualidad, siempre con el énfasis que aporta el autor.

This article is a prescriptive analysis of Luigi Ferrajoli Theory on Wild Powers that put the existence of Constitutional Democracy at risk. For this, an approximation to the concept of Power was made, through the authors who were considered relevant in the matter. Subsequently, the general concept of Democracy was addressed, in order to better elucidate this term today, always with the emphasis provided by the author.
