Downsizing y la innovación tecnológica

Abstract

El presente artículo permitió analizar el downsizing y la innovación tecnológica. De la aplicación hermenéutica, se interpretó que en las empresas se busca el desplazamiento de la fuerza laboral, causado por la irrupción tecnológica, generando efectos sobre la manera en que se gestionan las empresas y sus relaciones industriales y laborales. El mercado actual es muy competitivo. De ahí que sea normal que las empresas experimenten continuos cambios organizacionales, como consecuencia de esto las compañías tienen que enfrentarse a esta situación utilizando distintas herramientas. El downsizing lucha por la permanencia en el mercado y con la necesidad de innovar tecnológicamente y aunque se tenga una visión y una concepción negativa del downsizing empresarial, es mucho más que una reducción de plantilla y puede incluso ser beneficioso para empresas y trabajadores, si se enfoca desde un punto de vista positivo y mediante un plan bien ejecutado con el fin de mejorar los sistemas de trabajo

This article allowed the analysis of downsizing and technological innovation, through which, from the hermeneutic application, it was interpreted that companies seek the displacement of the labor force, caused by technological irruption, generating effects on the way in which companies are managed and their industrial and labor relations. Today's market is very competitive. Hence, it is normal for companies to experience continuous organizational changes, as a consequence of this companies have to face this situation using different tools. Downsizing fights for permanence in the market and with the need to innovate technologically and although you have a negative vision and conception of business downsizing, it is much more than a reduction in staff and can even be beneficial for companies and workers, if it is approached from a positive point of view and through a well-executed plan in order to improve work systems.
