Desafíos de la inteligencia artificial en el capital humano organizacional

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los desafíos de la inteligencia artificial en el capital humano organizacional.Ante la paradoja de la metodología utilizada se encamina la misma, en una revisión documental bibliográfica bajo el paradigma cualitativo, con énfasis en la técnica de recolección de datos situada en la observación y análisis de los documentos explorados, en Inteligencia Artificial como factor clave para las organizaciones a través de su capital humano. Se concluye que la inteligencia Artificial (IA) es reconocida como la capacidad de los individuos u organizaciones de utilizar su imaginación e innovación para ingeniar, postular y formular estrategias que radicalmente agreguen valor al negocio. En este orden de ideas, las organizaciones y empresas permanentemente se encuentran en una constante lucha por ser cada vez más competitivas, lo que ha generado que las personas que las conforman sean eficientes y capaces de dar mucho de sí para el bienestar de la organización o empresa. Por último, se evidencian los desafíos que tiene la IA como modelo y su aporte a las organizaciones apalancado su cultura tecnológica para la generación de conocimientos en su capital humano, con la finalidad de que estas se adapten a los retos constantes que produzcan valor adicional y competido al negocio.

This research aims to analyze the challenges of artificial intelligence in organizational human capital. Given the paradox of the methodology used, it is directed in a bibliographic documentary review under the qualitative paradigm, with emphasis on the data collection technique located in the observation and analysis of the documents explored,in Artificial Intelligence as a key factor for the organizations through their human capital. It is concluded that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is recognized as the ability of individuals or organizations to use their imagination and innovation to engineer, postulate and formulate strategies that radically add value to the business. In this order of ideas, organizations and companies are permanently in a constant struggle to be increasingly competitive, which has caused the people who make them up to be efficient and capable of giving a lot of themselves for the well-being of the organization or company. Finally, the challenges that AI has as a model and its contribution to organizations are evident, leveraging their technological culture for the generationof knowledge in their human capital, with the aim that they adapt to the constant challenges that produce additional value and competed to the business
