Actitudes inclusivas de los profesores: diferencias, similitudes y reflexiones durante la Pandemia por el Covid 19

Abstract

En la presente investigación se tuvo como objetivo determinar las diferencias existentes entre las actitudes inclusivas de los profesores de Educación Básica Regular durante la pandemia por el Covid 19. La muestra estuvo conformada por 64 profesores de los diferentes niveles (inicial, primaria, secundaria), 34 del primer distrito 30 del segundo. Para la recolección de los datos se aplicó un cuestionario de encuesta sobre las actitudes afectivas, cognitivas y conductuales. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 67.65% de los profesores manifestaron una actitud inclusiva favorable, resultado similar en el segundo distrito, donde el 70% de los profesores manifestaron actitudes inclusivas favorables; sin embargo, en este segundo distrito, si se manifestaron actitudes inclusivas desfavorables con menor proporción 3.33%. Por lo tanto, se concluyó que no existe diferencias significativas entre las actitudes inclusivas de los profesores del distrito de valle con los profesores de la zona andina.

The objective of this research was to determine the differences between the inclusive attitudes of Regular Basic Education teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sample consisted of 64 teachers from different levels (initial, primary, secondary), 34 from the first district and 30 from the second. To collect the data, a survey questionnaire was applied on affective, cognitive and behavioral attitudes. The results obtained were that 67.65% of the teachers expressed a favorable inclusive attitude, a similar result in the second district, where 70% of the teachers expressed favorable inclusive attitudes; however, in this second district, unfavorable inclusive attitudes were expressed with a lower proportion 3.33%. Therefore, it was concluded that there are no significant differences between the inclusive attitudes of the teachers of the Valle district with the teachers of the Andean zone.
