Abstract

El presente artículo recoge una investigación y análisis de las experiencias de tribunales internacionales y organismos de investigación de derechos humanos que se han visto en la necesidad de valorar los insumos probatorios originados en espacios de fuentes abiertas en atención a su competencia y estándar de prueba, destacando así la evolución de criterios, los retos y oportunidades actuales.

This article gathers aresearchand analysis of the experiences of international tribunals and human rights investigative bodies that have found it necessary to assess the evidentiary inputs originated in open source spaces in terms of their competence and standard of proof, thus highlighting the evolution of criteria, challenges and current opportunities.
