El principio de la reserva legal en materia mercantil
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad explicar el principio constitucional de la reserva legal mercantil en Venezuela, reseñando las distintas posiciones en torno a la posibilidad de delegar la facultad legislativa a favor del Presidente dela República, y enumerando irregularidades que han ocurrido durante el ejercicio de leyes habilitantes, proporcionando recomendaciones para el futuro. The purpose of this paper is to explain the constitutional principle of the commercial legal reserve in Venezuela, outlining the different positions regarding the possibility of delegating the legislative power in favor of the President of the Republic, and listing irregularities that have occurred during the exercise of enabling laws, providing recommendations for the future.
