Tecnologías de información y comunicación en los sistemas de salud pública. Un desafío postpandemia covid-19

Abstract

En el presente artículo el objetivo fue analizar las tecnologías de información y comunicación en los sistemas de salud Pública. Un desafío Postpandemia COVID-19, se sustentó con los postulados de los autores Comisión Económica para América Latina CEPAL (2020), Barraza (2018), Rodríguez, y Pino (2017), Santellán, Palomino y Vargas (2017). Ayala y Gonzales (2015), González (2015), Segura (2015), entre otros. De esta manera se encuentra inserta en una metodología de tipo documental. En este sentido, las tecnologías de información y comunicación en los sistemas de salud Pública, desde una perspectiva innovadora, holística y estratégica, se integra para crear, almacenar, intercambiar y procesar información ofreciendo la oportunidad de cambios trascendentales. Concluyendo que es necesario fortalecer todos los vínculos para la prevención y control del COVID-19 y las nuevas enfermedades que puedan poner en peligro la vida, con la integración de las TIC desde todos los niveles, para lograr el cambio ante la nueva normalidad, fortaleciendo la calidad del servicio y garantizando una asistencia médica encaminada a los objetivos gubernamentales.

In this article the objective was to analyze information and communication technologies in public health systems.
