Abstract

Ante la realidad cotidiana de nuestras vidas en las que utilizamos cada vez más los medios tecnológicos, es indudable que tiene también repercusión en el ámbito jurídico, incluyendo lo relativo a la materia contractual, motivo por el cual cobra relevancia poder determinar de conformidad con el ordenamiento jurídico venezolano, el momento en el cual se perfección el contrato, para poder establecer el momento en que surgen los derechos y obligaciones.

Faced with the daily reality of our lives in which we increasingly use technological means, it is undoubted that it also has repercussions in the legal field, including that related to contractual matters, which is why it is important to be able to determine in accordance with the legal systems, the moment in which the contract is perfected, in order to establish the moment in which the rights and obligations arise.
