Ética y trabajo en la empresa: reflexiones desde la doctrina social de la iglesia

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en dilucidar, así como de reflexionar acerca de los aspectos éticos presentes en el trabajo, como actividad eminentemente humana a partir de las consideraciones efectuadas desde la doctrina social de la Iglesia en las diversas encíclicas y demás documentos elaborados por los Papas y Jerarcas de la Iglesia Católica, a los efectos de orientar esta noble actividad hacia fines acordes con la dignidad de la persona. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología descriptiva y documental, fundamentándose en los planteamientos de SS Francisco (2015), SS Juan Pablo II (1981), SS Benedicto XVI (2009) Melé (2010), entre otros. Se concluye que, una ética del trabajo debe ser entendida desde el punto de realzar la dignidad del ser humano trabajador, por medio de ciertas condiciones apriorísticas las cuales deben estar presentes en la empresa para dicho fin, por otra parte, debe priorizarse siempre al ser humano por encima del capital.

The objective of the present research consists of elucidating, as well as reflect on the ethical issues present in the work as eminently human activity, based on the considerations made from the social doctrine of the Church in several encyclicals and other documents prepared by the Popes and hierarchs of the Catholic Church, for the purpose of guide this noble activity for purposes consistent with the dignity of the person. This was a descriptive methodology and documentary, based on the approaches of SS Francisco (2015), SS Juan Pablo II (1981), SS Benedict XVI (2009), (2009), Melé (2010), among others. It is concluded that the work ethic must be understood from the point enhance the dignity of the human being who works through any conditions that must be present in the enterprise for such purpose, on the other hand, should be prioritized always human beings above the capital.
