Justicia constitucional y arbitraje

Abstract

Este estudio aborda las relaciones entre el Poder Judicial y el arbitraje, con la finalidad de determinar si algunos mecanismos propios de la justicia constitucional, pueden constituir mecanismos válidos para la impugnación de laudos arbitrales.

This paper points out the relationship between the Judiciary an arbitration, in order to determine whether some of the mechanisms of constitutional justice are valid for challenging arbitration awards.
