Justicia social en el Derecho del Trabajo venezolano

Abstract

Partiendo desde el surgimiento del concepto de justicia social, se hace una revisión del mismo pasando por la forma de gobierno predilecta para su ejercicio pero desde la óptica del derecho del trabajo, tanto en la legislación nacional como en las estipulaciones en la materia de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, desde el punto de vista conceptual, con la finalidad de poder analizar la actualidad práctica de la justicia social en Venezuela con ocasión al Informe de la Comisión de Encuesta de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo del 27 de septiembre de 2019 en virtud del artículo 26 de la Constitución de esta organización internacional.

Starting from the emergence of the concept of social justice, with the purpose of review it through the preferred form of government for its exercise but from the perspective of labor law, both in national legislation and in the stipulations in the matter of the International Labor Organization from the conceptual point of view to analyze the current practice of social justice in Venezuela on the occasion of the Report of the Commission of Inquiry of the International Labor Organization of September 27th2019, under article 26 of the Constitution of this international organization.
