Políticas públicas inclusivas en los emprendimientos rurales en la región de Lima

Abstract

Este estudio se centró en analizar las políticas públicas inclusivas en los emprendimientos rurales de la región de Lima en 2024, lo que responde al objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) que se centra en la inclusión de emprendimientos rurales es el ODS-8: "Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico" Que promueve el crecimiento económico inclusivo y sostenible, el empleo pleno y productivo, y el trabajo decente para todos, por lo que la investigación utilizó una metodología cuantitativa descriptiva explicativa de tipo básico de corte transversal, aplicando técnicas estadísticas validado por expertos, sin la manipulación de variables, cuya muestra fue 80 emprendimientos en cinco distritos de Lima Provincias, el resultado mostrado fue un progreso e inicio, teniendo la razón de verosimilitud confirmando la significancia del modelo logístico, una relación dependiente entre las variables de estudio donde el Pseudo R-cuadrado de Nagelkerke (42.1%) respalda esta relación significativa, aceptándose la hipótesis alterna y rechazando la nula, denotándose que políticas públicas inclusivas tienen una influencia en los emprendimientos rurales. Proponiéndosele implementar políticas, que contribuyan a la inclusión financiera y fortalezcan la autonomía de los hogares rurales en la región

This study focused on analyzing inclusive public policies in rural entrepreneurship in the Lima region in 2024, which responds to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) that focuses on the inclusion of rural entrepreneurship is SDG-8: "Decent work and economic growth" Which promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all, so the research used a basic descriptive descriptive explanatory quantitative cross-sectional methodology, applying statisticaltechniques validated by experts, without manipulation of variables, whose sample was 80 ventures in five districts of Lima Provinces, the result shown was a progress and start, having the likelihood ratio (x²=34. 024;ρ=0.00<α=0.05) confirming the significance of the logistic model, a dependent relationship between the study variables where the Pseudo R-squared of Nagelkerke (42.1%) supports this significant relationship, accepting the alternative hypothesis and rejecting the null hypothesis, denoting that inclusive public policies have an influence on rural enterprises. It is proposed to implement policies that contribute to financial inclusion and strengthen the autonomy of rural households in the region
