Los principios bioéticos del medio ambiente y de responsabilidad analizados desde las intuiciones bioéticas originarias de Potter y Jahr

Abstract

En este papel de trabajo se desarrolla desde de otras perspectivas los aportes de las pautas originarias propuestas en sus inicios por los bioéticistas V.R. Potter y F. Jahr, ambos han sido pilares para la ética filosófica y la bioética al demostrar la importancia que reside en el principio bioético del medioambiente y el principio de responsabilidad establecido por Jahr. Sus ideas y posturas bioéticas son biocéntricas. El objetivo central de este artículo consiste en cómo las pautas intuitivas y originarías de Potter y Jahr contribuyen al análisis de determinadas problemáticas en el tiempo presente. Metodológicamente, fue indispensable acudir a la investigación de tipo documental, al método de deducción-lógica acompañado del método analítico- interpretativo de la investigación social. El investigación brinda respuestas parciales a dos preguntas problemas: ¿Cómo la intuición bioética referida al medioambiente de Potter permite analizar la problemática de los peligros acechantes medioambientales en nuestro planeta? y ¿Cómo la pauta originaria referida al principio de responsabilidad permite reenfocar los análisis-interpretativos de los alcances factibles de un principio de responsabilidad que abarque realmente lo social? Por ende, ambos principios bioéticos referidos arriba arrojan luces y certezas analítico-interpretativas entendidas como caminos aproximativos hacia la comprensión de la complejidad problemática, de situaciones bioéticas determinadas

In this work paper, the contributions of the original guidelines proposed in its beginnings by the bioethicists V.R. Potter and F. Jahr, both have been pillars for philosophical ethics and bioethics by demonstrating the importance that resides in the bioethical principle of the environment and the principle of responsibility established by Jahr. His ideas and bioethical positions are biocentric. The main objective of this article is how the intuitive and original guidelines of Potter and Jahr contribute to the analysis of certain problems in the present time. Methodologically, it was essential to go to documentary research, to the deduction-logic method accompanied by the analytical-interpretive method of social research. The essay provides partial answers to two problem questions: How does Potter's bioethical insight into the environment allow us to analyze the problem of looming environmental dangers on our planet? And how does the original guideline referring to the principle of responsibility allow to refocus the interpretative-analyzes of the feasible scope of a principle of responsibility that really encompasses the social? Therefore, both bioethical principles referred to above shed light and analytical-interpretive certainties understood as approximate paths towards understanding the problematic complexity of determined bioethical situations
