Planificación presupuestaria en los institutos universitarios del sector público, estado Zulia

Abstract

El objetivo fue analizar la planificación presupuestaria en los Institutos Universitarios del sector público, estado Zulia. Los autores fueron Bateman y Snell (2005), Burbano (2005), entre otros. La investigación fue descriptiva, diseño no experimental transeccional y de campo. La población fueron los Institutos Universitarios del Sector Público del estado Zulia. Se utilizó una encuesta de (15) ítems y obtuvo una confiabilidad de 0.91. Se concluyó que presentan debilidades los Institutos Universitarios objeto de estudio, al momento de definir los objetivo, políticas, para un periodo fiscal determinado, sirviendo el presupuesto como instrumento a este proceso de planeación al estimar los montos que serán necesarios ejecutar para llevar esas acciones a la práctica, a su vez programar la obtención de recursos

The aim was to analyze the budget planning at the University Institutes public sector, Zulia state. The authors were Bateman and Snell (2005), Burbano (2005), among others. The research was descriptive and field transeccional non-experimental design. The population were the PublicSector University Institutes of Zulia state. a survey of (15) items was used and obtained a reliability of 0.91. It was concluded that present weaknesses the object of study University Institutes, when defining the objective, policies for a given fiscal period, serving the budget as an instrument to this planning process to estimate the amounts that will be needed to run to take these actions to practice, in turn obtaining program resources
