Riesgo psicosocial y suicidio consumado en adolescentes

Abstract

Identificar las tendencias en investigación sobre el suicidio consumado en adolescentes y su relación con el riesgo psicosocial se constituye como el objetivo central. Se realiza una revisión documental a través de un análisis bibliométrico y sistemático, utilizando la herramienta Prisma, como guía para la sistematización de los artículos revisados entre el 2015 yel 2025, seleccionando 64 documentos, privilegiando bases de datos científicas como Scopus, Clarivate, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, EBSCOhost, además de literatura gris consultada empleando Google Académico y Repositorios institucionales donde se identificandocumentos de interés para el objeto de estudio. Se reconocen principalmente tres ámbitos de interacción de los factores de riesgo psicosocial: el familiar, el educativo y el comunitario. El primero advirtiendo sobre las dinámicas de violencia intrafamiliar, el segundo relacionado con el acoso escolar y poca participación de los actores educativos y el tercero reconociendo las dinámicas estructurales y marcos de desigualdad, además de la escasa acción interinstitucional. Los resultados apuntan a la necesidad de comprender e intervenir de manera preventiva las dinámicas sociales en el ámbito familiar, escolar y comunitario, concluyendo que en el suicidio consumado de los adolescentes no solo están implicados factores de riesgo individuales ya que los factores de riesgo psicosociales demandan un lugar denso y complejo, reiterando una perspectiva con enfoque multidimensional e interinstitucional

Identifying research trends on completed suicide in adolescents and its relationship with psychosocial risk constitutes the central objective. A documentary review is conducted through a bibliometric and systematic analysis, using the PRISMA tool as a guide for the systematization of articles reviewed between 2015 and 2025. A total of 64 documents were selected, prioritizing scientific databases such as Scopus, Clarivate, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, and EBSCOhost, along with gray literature consulted via Google Scholar and institutional repositories, where documents relevant to the research objective were identified. The study mainly recognizes three spheres in which psychosocial risk factors interact: the family, educational, and community contexts. The first involves dynamics of domestic violence; the second relates to school bullying and limited engagement from educational stakeholders; and the third reflects structural dynamics and frameworks of inequality, as well as a lack of inter-institutional action. The results point to the need to understand and intervene preventively in the social dynamicswithin family, school, and community settings. The study concludes that completed suicide in adolescents involves not only individual risk factors, but also psychosocial risk factors, which occupy a dense and complex space—reinforcing a perspective grounded in a multidimensional and inter-institutional approach
