Integración escuela- comunidad desde el consejo educativo en la gestión escolar indígena

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como propósito analizar la Integración Escuela-Comunidad desde el Consejo en la Gestión Escolar de la “Educación Primaria” Municipio Atures. Estado. Amazonas. Para desarrollar el mismo se utilizará la metodología sustentada en la modalidad de investigación de campo de tipo descriptivo. La población abordada fue de 32 personal directivo encargados de la gestión institucional integrantes de los distintos comités que conforman el Consejo Educativo. Por considerarse una población causal no se extrajo muestra de la misma. Para la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el formato de cuestionario, donde se formularon ítems del tipode selección simple con la escala Likert, los mismos dirigidos a la población en estudio. Así mismo fueron sometidos al proceso de validación y confiabilidad mediante el juicio de expertos y por el cálculo la fórmula estadística Alfa de Cronbach. Los datos recopilados se tabularon, presentaron, analizaron e interpretaron a través del análisis estadístico de frecuencia simple y porcentual, conclusiones y recomendaciones

The present study had the purpose of analyzing the school-Community Integration from the Council in the School Management of the "Primary Education" Municipality Atures. State. Amazonas State. In order to develop it, the methodology used was based on the descriptive field research modality. The population approached was made up of 32 managers in charge of institutional management, members of the different committees that make up the Educational Council. Since it was considered a causal population, no sample was taken from it. For the collection of information, the survey technique was used and the questionnaire format was used as an instrument, where items of the simple selection type were formulated with the Likert scale, the same addressed to the population under study. They were also subjected to the validationand reliability process by means of expert judgment and by calculating Cronbach's Alpha statistical formula. The data collected were tabulated, presented, analyzed and interpreted through the statistical analysis of simple frequency and percentage, conclusions and recommendations
