dc.description.abstractLa investigación tiene por objetivo analizar los aportes sobre la tercerización de servicios en la gestión pública municipal, utilizando un diseño de investigación de revisión sistemática. Se recolectó información a través de una búsqueda en bases de datos Scielo y Dialnet, seleccionando 22 artículos para su análisis. Los hallazgos indican que la tercerización puede reducir costos para los municipios, aunque también presenta riesgos como el impacto negativo en la seguridad laboral y la interferencia en la toma de decisiones municipalesen_US
dc.description.abstractThe research aims to analyze the contributions regarding the outsourcing of services in municipal public management, utilizing a systematic review research design. Information was collected through a search in the Scielo and Dialnet databases, selecting 22 articles for analysis. The findings indicate that outsourcing can reduce costs for municipalities, although it also presents risks such as negative impacts on job security and interference in municipal decision-making processes.en_US
