El porte ilícito de armas de fuego en Venezuela, como uno de los factores causante de heridas por armas de fuego

Abstract

Venezuela es un país que actualmente presenta muchos conflictos y crisis sociales, y una de las principales es la cantidad de armamento ilícito que transita por todo el territorio nacional, aumentando así el porte ilícito de armas y se observa como en los últimos años eso ha vulnerado y quebrantado reiteradas veces el derecho a la vida, derecho que se consagra en artículo 43 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (1999) este en concordancia con lo plasmado en el Congreso de Derechos humanos de la Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU), donde la vida es un derecho inviolable, pero aun así este derecho es vulnerado a causa de las heridas gravísimas ocasionadas por armas de fuego, que al tener tal magnitud de lesión ocasiona la muerte de la persona, es por ello que el porte ilícito de armas de fuego en Venezuela se considera uno de los principales factores causante de heridas por armas de fuego. Por ende, lo que se busca es la aplicación correcta de la norma y tener un control real de las armas, lo que se lograría si el gobierno venezolano pone en rigor y pleno cumplimiento todas las normativas y en especial la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y la Ley para el Desarme y Control de Armas y Municiones (2013). Therefore, what is sought is the correct application of the norm and to have real control of weapons, which would be achieved if the Venezuelan government enforces and fully complies with all regulations and especially the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Law for the Disarmament and Control of Weapons and Ammunition (2013).
