El principio de corresponsabilidad y el acoso escolar

Abstract

En la actualidad existen dos elementos que resultan sumamente importantes de considerar en el ámbito educativo, uno es la corresponsabilidad y otro es la prevención del acoso escolar. En el presente artículo se pretende, en primer término, analizar el sentido o alcance del término corresponsabilidad desde el punto de vista jurídico, así como las distintas normas que regulan el principio de corresponsabilidad en materia educativa en Venezuela, para establecer cuáles son las responsabilidades y obligaciones que tienen tanto las instituciones u órganos de la administración pública, los padres y representantes de los estudiantes de subsistema de Educación Básica; y la sociedad en general, en el proceso educativo. Seguidamente, se intentará establecer la relación que existe entre este principio y la prevención del acoso escolar, ya que, siendo este un problema multifactorial, su abordaje y tratamiento, es una tarea que no solo es responsabilidad del personal directivo y docente de las instituciones educativas, sino también de la familia y la sociedad, tal y como se establece en los principios de la Doctrina de la Protección Integral en materia de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

At present there are two elements that are extremely important to consider in the educational field, one is co-responsibility and the other is the prevention of bullying. This article intends, first of all, to analyze the meaning or scope of the term co-responsibility from the legal point of view, as well as the different norms that regulate the principle of co-responsibility in educational matters in Venezuela, to establish what are the responsibilities and obligations that both the institutions or bodies of the public administration, the parents and representatives of the students of the Basic Education subsystem have; and society in general, in the educational process. To then establish the relationship that exists between this principle and the prevention of bullying, since, being this a multifactorial problem, its approach and treatment it is a task that is not only the responsibility of the management and teaching staff of the institutions educational, but also of the family and society, as established in the principles of the Doctrine of Comprehensive Protection in matters of children and adolescents.
