| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio analizó la relación entre compromiso laboral y suspensión perfecta en dos empresas oleaginosas peruanas, relevando su impacto en contextos de crisis más allá de la pandemia COVID-19. Con un diseño cuantitativo correlacional, se encuestó a 159 trabajadores, hallando un 77% con alto compromiso. Se identificó una correlación inversa entre compromiso y suspensión perfecta. Se concluye que esta medida debe aplicarse considerando estrategias que preserven el compromiso laboral y promuevan la resiliencia organizacional frente a crisis futuras. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study analyzed the relationship between work commitment and perfect suspension in two Peruvian companies, highlighting its impact in recent and future crisis contexts beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a quantitative correlational design, 159 workers were surveyed, with 77% showing high commitment. An inverse correlation between commitment and perfect suspension was identified. It is concluded that this measure should be implemented with strategies that preserve employee commitment and promote organizational resilience in the face of future crises. | en_US |
