Sobre pirañas, ideologías y desmemorias: imaginarios políticos venezolanos en tiempos de internet.

Abstract

Los entornos virtuales han devenido en lugares de conformación del sujeto social y político latinoamericano y venezolano, un nuevo espacio público donde confluye lo histórico-cultural instituido con la actividad creadora instituyente. El presente análisis supone un acercamiento al fenómeno, mediante la interpretación de “el caso de las pirañas”, y su relación en el devenir contemporáneo de los imaginarios políticos venezolanos, entendiendo éstos como significaciones estructurantes que sirven de soporte a los entramados del poder, que se recrean performativamente en las publicaciones de las personas en las redes sociales de internet, articulándose al discurso postmoderno, su relativismo y escepticismo, frente a los proyectos políticos y utopías de la modernidad; convirtiéndose estos espacios en lugares de ideologización y desmemoria. Finalmente, se delinean unas propuestas orientadas a deconstruir y crear originales imaginarios políticos contra-hegemónicos y decolonizados, que ofrezcan alternativas de resistencia ante ese “destino fatal” que parece haberse encarnado en los pueblos latinoamericanos.

The virtual environments have turned into a place of conformation of the Latin American and Venezuelan social and political subject, a new “public square” where the instituted historical-cultural converges with the instituting creative activity. The present analysis assumes an approach to the phenomenon, through the interpretation of “the case of the piranhas“, and its relationship with the contemporary future of Venezuelan political imaginaries, understanding these as structuring meanings which serve as support for the frameworks of power, which in turn are performatively recreated in the publications of people in the internet social networks, articulating themselves to the post-modern discourse, its relativism and skepticism, as opposed to the political projects and utopias of modernity; turning these spaces into ideologization and oblivion places. Finally, some proposals aimed at deconstructing and creating original counter-hegemonic and decolonized political imaginaries are designed to offer alternatives of resistance to this “fatal destiny” that seems to have been embodied in the Latin American people.
