Honor y transgresión en el estamento militar en Mérida 2000-2005

Abstract

En la presente investigación se estudia el honor en las fuerzas armadas en el estado Mérida durante los años 2000-2005 desde una perspectiva regional con el propósito de analizar los dispositivos legales previstos y determinar las transgresiones a esos códigos conductuales y sus consecuencias tanto individuales como colectivas en relación a su casuística comprobada y por ende sancionada y penalizada. La pesquisa se dirige a certificar el cumplimiento de los deberes que los hacían honorables y en aquellos casos que hubo transgresión indagar las motivaciones de la desobediencia sus conductas. Desde ese punto de vista se abordarán conductas relacionadas con el honor militar, en particular sobre los preceptos de la lealtad, verdad, y disciplina especialmente en el delito de deserción.

In the present investigation, honor in the armed forces in the state of Mérida is studied during the years 2000-2005 from a regional perspective with the purpose of analyzing the legal provisions foreseen and determining the transgressions of these behavioral codes and their consequences, both individual and collective. in relation to its proven casuistry and therefore sanctioned and penalized. The investigation is aimed at certifying compliance with the duties that made them honorable and in those cases where there was a transgression, investigating the motivations for disobedience and behavior. From this point of view, behaviors related to military honor will be addressed, in particular on the precepts of loyalty, truth, and discipline, especially in the crime of desertion.
