Caracterización de la personalidad, motivación y estilo de liderazgo; factores que convergen en el perfil del líder generador de estrés

Abstract

La realización deun sondeo en publicaciones colgadas en la red, para establecer las principales características que definen el perfil de un líder generador de estrés, fue el objetivo de esta investigación. Identificandopara ello cada uno de los elementos que integran el perfil del líder en general, y en específico,aquel que puede crear estrés en los integrantes de su grupo debido a una mala canalización de los elementos que forman su perfil. Dicha exploración se basóen la indagación documentalde tipo descriptiva,a través de trabajos de investigaciónpublicados, de tipo científicoy con bases demostrables, organizadas por medio del fichaje para su mejor orden y depuración. Entre las particularidades más resaltantes destacan la personalidad, la motivación y el estilo de liderazgo que ejerce, es a partir de allí que se establecerán los rasgos que permitirán identificarlos y de alguna manera de conocer la forma de encauzar dicha información para producir menos efectos negativos y conseguir un mayor número de elementos aprovechables, a fin de mejorar la actitud de los lideres catalogados

The objective of this research was to carry outa survey of publications posted on the web, to establish the main intrinsic stress-generating characteristics in the profile of a leader. Identifying for this each of the elements that make up the profile of the leader in general, and specifically, the one that can create stress in the members of his group due to a poor channeling of the elements that make up his profile. Research developed from documentary research, descriptive level, through the review of published research papers, of a scientific natureand with demonstrable bases, organized by means of signing for further purification. Among the most outstanding particularities are the personality, motivation and leadership style that he exercises, it is from there that the traits that define the leader's profile will be established, being elements such as response time management, being carried away by his position ideological if he is immersed in political scenarios, excessive motivation, energy and drive that can make him impose his interests over those of the group he groups, but also the other extreme of a laissez leader who does not motivate his team enough to continue advancing
