Tecnologías disruptivas, transformación digital y competencias gerenciales en organizaciones diversas

Abstract

En un mundo en constante cambio, las tecnologías disruptivas desafían el sector empresarial, ofreciendo ventajas y nuevas oportunidades para el crecimiento y la innovación. De ahí que el objetivo de la ponencia es reflexionar acerca de la interrelación de la triada: tecnologías disruptivas, transformación digital y competencias gerenciales en organizaciones del sector educativo, seguridad ciudadana, ambiental y aeronáutica. La ruta metodológica fue una revisión documental teniendo como eje orientador los tipos de organizaciones señalados y con base a seis libros colectivos acerca de la temática donde participaron las autoras. De tal manera que el propósito final es divulgar los aportes de los mencionados textos. Se pudo concluir que cada día son mayores los desarrollos de las tecnologías disruptivas, generando transformaciones digitales que impactan a las personas, organizaciones y sociedad, que a su vez implican retos, entre estos, la actualización gerencial continua e innovadora.

In a constantly changing world, disruptive technologies challenge the business sector, offering advantages and new opportunities for growth and innovation. Hence, the objective of the paper is to reflect on the interrelation of the triad: disruptive technologies, digital transformation and managerial competencies in organizations of the educational, public safety, environmental and aeronautical sectors. The methodological route was a documentary review having as a guiding axis the types of organizations indicated and based on six collective books on the subject where the authors participated. In such a way that the final purpose is to disseminate the contributions of the aforementioned texts. It was possible to conclude that every day the developments of disruptive technologies are greater, generating digital transformations that impact people, organizations and society, which in turn imply challenges, among these, the continuous and innovative managerial updating.
