Comportamientos violentos de mujeres contra mujeres en los hogares zulianos: una cadena intergeneracional

Abstract

La finalidad es interpretar los factores asociados a los comportamientos violentos de mujeres contra mujeres dentro del hogar, específicamente en el estado Zulia, en 2022. Recurrimos a la investigación cualitativa, especialmente, al método de relatos de vida para conocer las perspectivas de las victimarias y víctimas, en torno a este tema. Los resultados arrojaron que existen diversos factores que promueven esta violencia. Entre ellos destacan: la familia y la crisis humanitaria compleja que atraviesa el país. En las conclusiones resalta que la violencia implica el uso asimétrico del poder y la dominación, que es un problema intergeneracional, que las victimarias, antes fueron víctimas y que los espacios sociales que deben brindar protección y amor, en este caso, se convirtieron en elementos de riesgos que promovieron las agresiones intragéneros en el hogar de las mujeres que participaron en esta investigación

The objective is to interpret the factors associated with the violent behavior of women against women within the home, specifically in the state of Zulia, in 2022. We resort to qualitative research, especially the method of life stories, to know the perspectives of the perpetrators and victims around this issue. The results showed that various factors promote this violence. Among them, the following stand out: the family and the complex humanitarian crisis that the country is going through. Among the conclusions, it stands out that violence implies the asymmetric use of power and domination, that it is an intergenerational problem, that the perpetrators were victims before, and that the social "spaces" that should provide protection and love, in this case, have been turned in risk elements that promoted intragender aggression in the home of the women who participated in this research
