dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad debido al desarrollo tecnológico, alta industrialización y crecimiento de la población, se hace imperioso el desarrollo de nuevas formas de gerencia en las organizaciones, adaptables a los nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos que permitan una mejor funcionalidad de los procesos sin impactos negativos en el medio ambiente y más armónico con el mismo. Dado lo descrito anteriormente y visto que la situación actual presenta tres características: 1) estamos ante una emergencia climática; 2) los organismos públicos responden con lentitud y proponiendo medidas a muy largo plazo; 3) las organizaciones tienen gran capacidad de decisión, agilidad en la puesta en práctica y poder sobre las decisiones que toman los ciudadanos, parece recomendable que sean las organizaciones quienes tomen el protagonismo hacia una nueva forma de cultura universal más acorde con la naturaleza. El objetivo de este documento es proponer un modelo de gerencia basado en los principios de sostenibilidad y biomimética que orienten el liderazgo organizacional que demanda el planeta. Para lograr este objetivo las autoras se fundamentaron en el tipo de investigación documental, con técnicas de observación directa, fuentes documentales y experiencia profesional de las autoras. Lo cual conllevó a concluir que la gerencia sostenible y la biomimética ofrecen un enfoque innovador y necesario para transformar el liderazgo organizacional. Al adoptar estos principios, las empresas pueden generar un impacto positivo, mejorar su desempeño y contribuir a la construcción de un futuro más sostenible.en_US
dc.description.abstractNowadays, due to technological development, high industrialization and population growth, it is imperative to develop new forms of management in organizations, adaptable to new technological developments that allow a better functionality of the processes without negative impacts on the environment and more harmonious with it. Given the above and seeing that the current situation has three characteristics: 1) we are facing a climate emergency; 2) public agencies respond slowly and proposing very long-term measures; 3) organizations have great decision-making capacity, agility in implementation and power over the decisions made by citizens, it seems advisable that organizations take the lead in a new form of universal culture more in tune with nature. The objective of this document is to propose a management model based on the principles of sustainability and biomimicry that guide the organizational leadership that the planet demands. To achieve this objective, the authors relied on documentary research, direct observation techniques, documentary sources, and the authors' professional experience. This led them to conclude that sustainable management and biomimicry offer an innovative and necessary approach to transform organizational leadership.
