Emprendimiento y productividad en el sector agrícola del estado Portuguesa

Abstract

El actual artículo es una investigación que forma parte de un avance teórico de una investigación doctoral que hace alusión al emprendimiento y la productividad de los productores agrícolas del estado Portuguesa, el contexto el cual rige la investigación se encuentra circunscripto a la realidad que viven los productores agrícolas del estado Portuguesa con relación a los emprendimientos y su productividad. La finalidad de la investigación es explorar las incidencias que puedan tener los emprendimientos en la productividad del negocio agrícola. Con ello se busca fundamentar una teoría sustantiva acerca del emprendimiento como marco referencial de una visión de la productividad del negocio agrícola de los productores del estado Portuguesa. Tomando en cuenta que el sector agrícola es clave para el desarrollo productivo del país y su desarrollo tiene un impacto positivo en términos de mayor productividad y crecimiento económico. La investigación se desarrolla sobre las bases del paradigma hermenéutico bajo el enfoque cualitativo. Con este trabajo se pretende contribuir al debate relevante en la gerencia, particularizando la exploración sobre la posibilidad que los emprendimientos agrícolas pueden lograr tener una mayor cantidad de productos mediante el uso adecuado de los medios económicos de que dispone para su producción, lo cual implica alcanzar un crecimiento económico sostenido y un aumento del valor agregado en la economía.

The purpose of the research is to explore the impact that entrepreneurship may have on the productivity of the agricultural business. This seeks to establish a substantive theory about entrepreneurship as a reference framework for a vision of the productivity of the agricultural business of producers in the Portuguesa state. Taking into account that the agricultural sector is key to the productive development of the country and its development has a positive impact in terms of greater productivity and economic growth. The research is developed on the basis of the hermeneutic paradigm under the qualitative approach. This work aims to contribute to the relevant debate in management, particularizing the exploration of the possibility that agricultural enterprises can achieve a greater quantity of products through the appropriate use of the economic means available for their production, which implies achieving sustained economic growth and an increase in value added in the economy.
