Aportes Teóricos de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Gestión Integral de las Organizaciones Educativas Venezolanas

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial en la gestión integral de las universidades autónomas de Venezuela, en el contexto de las limitaciones presupuestarias que afectan su modelo gerencial y administrativo. A través de una revisión bibliográfica y empírica, se examinan dos ejes temáticos: la gestión integral y la inteligencia artificial, con el fin de proponer estrategias para mejorar el manejo administrativo y gerencial, así como para incorporar la autogestión y reducir las brechas presupuestarias mediante el uso de tecnologías, especialmente la inteligencia artificial. Las conclusiones del estudio resaltan la importancia de evaluar y actualizar los modelos gerenciales actuales, fomentar la colaboración del personal, promover la innovación, la eficiencia y la eficacia, con el fin de transformar las instituciones universitarias, minimizar la burocracia, reducir la dependencia presupuestaria y consolidar organizaciones orientadas a las necesidades de la sociedad venezolana.

The aim of this article is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the comprehensive management of autonomous universities in Venezuela, within the context of budgetary constraints affecting their managerial and administrative model. Through a bibliographic and empirical review, two thematic axes are examined: comprehensive management and artificial intelligence, with the purpose of proposing strategies to enhance administrative and managerial practices, as well as to integrate self-management and reduce budgetary gaps through the use of technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of evaluating and updating current managerial models, fostering staff collaboration, promoting innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness to transform university institutions, minimize bureaucracy, reduce budgetary dependence, and establish organizations aligned with the needs of Venezuelan society.
