Desarrollo humano: Un enfoque latinoamericano desde la visión mundial
Resumen
El objetivo de este ensayo es comprender la
posición del individuo en el contexto social de
Latinoamérica y el Caribe, desde una perspectiva
documental. Se aborda su rol en los ámbitos organizacional,
social e histórico. La metodología empleada consiste en una
investigación bibliográfica de fuentes secundarias. Se
pretende describir, desde esta perspectiva, las estimaciones
de la CEPAL para el año 2023 y el impacto de la
incertidumbre, la alta inflación, la creciente informalidad
laboral y la precaria recuperación de empleos según la
Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe
(CEPAL). Se resalta también el impacto de la pandemia en
el sector educativo, así como los riesgos asociados al
aumento de la inseguridad alimentaria y al bienestar de
niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes, como consecuencia de
las desigualdades estructurales que afectan su bienestar socioemocional. Se busca abordar estos desafíos a través de
consensos y pactos sociales para avanzar hacia un desarrollo
humano necesario en el ciclo vital de los ciudadanos. The objective of this essay is to understand the
position of the individual in the social context of Latin
America and the Caribbean, from a documentary
perspective. Its role is addressed in the organizational, social
and historical spheres. The methodology used consists of a
bibliographical investigation of secondary sources. It is
intended to describe, from this perspective, the ECLAC
estimates for the year 2023 and the impact of uncertainty,
high inflation, growing labor informality and the precarious
recovery of jobs according to the Economic Commission for
Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).). The impact of
the pandemic on the educational sector is also highlighted,
as well as the risks associated with the increase in food
insecurity and the well-being of children, adolescents and
young people, as a consequence of the structural inequalities
that affect their socio-emotional well-being. It seeks to
address these challenges through consensus and social pacts
to move towards the human development necessary in the
life cycle of citizens.
