Megatendencias gerenciales. Cosmovisión desde su praxis

Abstract

El mundo ha dado un vuelco, el cual se evidencia en un nuevo entorno que amerita de una revolución de la gerencia, con capacidades y habilidades para responder a un orbe turbulento y volátil. El ambiente internacional actual llama a la praxis gerencial a sentar sus bases en la toma de decisiones autónomas y apegadas a la realidad y demandas de la sociedad de hoy, superando viejos paradigmas adentrándose en lo nuevo. De este modo, el propósito general de la presente investigación se centró en analizar la nueva gerencia con un cambio de pensamiento. Dicho abordaje investigativo estuvo enmarcado en un arqueo heurístico de fuentes, lo que permitió abordar la praxis gerencial desde su cosmovisión. En este sentido, se busca redireccionar la gerencia para responder de manera proactiva a los desafíos vigentes, luego el devenir de la gerencia global como una nueva megatendencia y posteriormente con la Cosmovisión de las organizaciones desde la praxis gerencial, concluyendo que el gran viraje al cual está llamado la gerencia es hacia una mirada transcompleja, que haga de las organizaciones nuevos entes transformadores de realidades, innovadoras, e integrales, sin desligarse de su columna vertebral constituida por el ser humano en toda su dignidad y la ética desde todas las miradas.

The world has turned upside down, which is evident in a new environment that merits a management revolution, with capabilities and abilities to respond to a turbulent and volatile space. The current international environment calls upon managerial praxis to lay its bases in the making of autonomous decisions and attached to the reality and demands of today's society, overcoming old paradigms and entering into new ones. Thus, the general purpose of the present research focused on analyzing new management with a change of thinking. This investigative approach was framed in a heuristic arching of sources, which allowed to approach the managerial praxis from its worldview. In this sense, it is sought to redirect management to respond in a proactive way to the current challenges, then, becoming the global management as a new megatendence and later, with the worldview of the organizations from the managerial praxis, concluding that the great shift to which management is called is going towards a transcomplex look, that makes organizations new reality-transforming, innovative and integral entities, without separating from its backbone constituted by the human being in all its dignity and ethics from all perspectives.
