Reinstitucionalización del sistema de justicia en Venezuela

Abstract

Las ideas centrales de esta disertación, tienen su origen en un trabajo de mayor extensión que constituyó parte de un trabajo especial de grado del autor principal sobre igualdad constitucional; sin embargo, en esta producción, se despliegan desde la perspectiva de los objetivos de sostenibilidad del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo. En tal agenda, se considera la importancia de contar con instituciones sólidas que garanticen la justicia y la paz social, ello por cuanto instituciones débiles conducen a un arraigo de la ilegalidad y, por ende, de la desconfianza ciudadana en el sistema de administración de justicia. En el presente trabajo, se exponen las razones que soportan la necesidad de reinstitucionalizar el sistema de justicia y algunas propuestas para ello. La investigación se enmarca en una modalidad de tipo bibliográfico- documental, desarrollando especialmente un estudio de carácter descriptivo, a través de la técnica de análisis de contenido.

The central ideas of this dissertation have their origin in a longer work that was part of a special degree work by the main author regarding constitutional equality; however, in this project, they are deployed from the perspective of the sustainability objectives of the United Nations Development Program. On this agenda, the importance of having solid institutions that guarantee justice and social peace is considered, because weak institutions lead to a root of illegality and therefore, citizen distrust in the system of justice administration. In this paper, the reasons that support the need to re-institutionalize the justice system and some proposals for it are discussed. The research is structured in a bibliographic-documentary type modality, especially developing a descriptive study, through the technique of content analysis.
