Formación integral del profesor universitario en economía productiva: un modelo para la interacción comunitaria

Abstract

El estudio que se presenta tiene la finalidad de ofrecer a la comunidad de laUniversidad Bolivariana de Venezuela, correspondiente al eje Municipal Río Caura, específicamente en el contexto de Ciudad Bolívar, un modelo de interacción comunitaria desde la formación integral del profesor universitario en economía productiva, el cual permitirá el fortalecimiento de la Institución. La interrogante es: ¿Cómo desarrollar la formación integral del profesor universitario en economía productiva para fortalecer la interacción comunitaria en la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela, Eje Municipal Rio Caura, ¿contexto Ciudad Bolívar? La metodología parte de un enfoque cualitativo, un paradigma de investigación Sociocrítico, y el método dialéctico materialista, en donde se declara método rector de la investigación, el materialismo histórico. Además, hace uso de los métodos de conocimientos:teóricos: Sistematización, histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, sistémica estructural del modelo, hipotético deductivo y análisis documental, método empírico: observación, entrevista semi-estructurada, matriz interpretativa y triangulación de la información para la validez de la investigación. Método estadístico: estadística descriptiva. Dentro de los resultados se tiene las carencias de investigaciones conjuntas entre los profesores adscritos a los seis centros de estudios y los actores comunitarios en proyecto articulador; así la formación en economía productiva como la oportunidad de conocimiento consciente del sistema económico actual. Conclusiones: El diseño del modelo de interacción comunitaria es viable para la formación integral del profesor universitario en economía productiva en la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela.

The study presented has the purpose of offering the community of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, corresponding to theRío Caura Municipal axis, specifically in the context of Ciudad Bolívar, a model of community interaction from the comprehensive training of the university professor in economics. productive, which will allow the strengthening of the Institution. The question is: How to develop the comprehensive training of university professors in productive economics to strengthen community interactionat the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, Rio Caura Municipal Axis, Ciudad Bolívar context? The methodology is based on a qualitative approach, a Socio-critical research paradigm, and the materialist dialectical method, where historical materialism isdeclared as the guiding method of the research. It also makes use of knowledge methods: theoretical: Systematization, historical logical, analysis-synthesis, structural systemic of the model, deductive hypothetical and documentary analysis, empirical method:observation, semi-structured interview, interpretive matrix and triangulation of information to the validity of the research. Statistical method: descriptive statistics. Among the results are the lack of joint research between the professors assigned to the six study centers and the community actors in the articulating project thus training in productive economics as the opportunity for conscious knowledge of the current economic system. Conclusions: The design of the community interaction model is viable for the comprehensive training of university professors in productive economics at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, Río Caura Municipal Axis, Ciudad Bolívar context, according to the criteria of the specialists consulted.
