Deontología en el uso de la inteligencia artificial: hacia un futuro responsable

Abstract

Este artículo examina la necesidad de establecer una deontología, o código de conducta ética, para el desarrollo y aplicación responsable de la IA. El objetivo fue contribuir a la construcción de un marco ético sólido que permita aprovechar los beneficios de la IA mientras se mitigan sus riesgos y se garantiza su uso en favor del bien común. Se analizaron los principios éticos que deben guiar el uso de la IA, como el respeto a los derechos humanos, la transparencia, la rendición de cuentas y la no discriminación. En cuanto a la metodología, fue necesario el estudio cualitativo interpretativo y documental a través de la revisión de diversos artículos. En este sentido, la inteligencia artificial (IA) se ha convertido en una tecnología cada vez más presente que está transformando diversos ámbitos de la sociedad. Sin embargo, su implementación plantea importantes desafíos éticos que deben ser abordados de manera sistemática.

This paper examines the need to establish a deontology, or ethical code of conduct, for the responsible development and application of AI. The objective was to contribute to the construction of a solid ethical framework that allows us to take advantage of the benefits of AI while mitigating its risks and ensuring its use for the common good. The ethical principles that should guide the use of AI, such as respect for human rights, transparency, accountability, and non-discrimination, were analyzed. As for the methodology, a qualitative interpretive study and documentation of various articles and information related to the developed topic were required. In this sense, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly present technology that is transforming various spheres of society. However, its implementation raises important ethical challenges that must be addressed systematically.
