Abordaje de la investigación mixta en estudiantes que cursan la asignatura de comercio exterior

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como objetivo interpretar el significado que tiene la aplicación de la investigación mixta en los trabajos de investigación de los estudiantes que cursan la asignatura de comercio exterior. El estudio se fundamentó en el enfoque mixto, con la participación de estudiantes-informantes, a quienes se le aplicó una encuesta y entrevistas. El análisis de la información reveló un moderado nivel de conocimientos sobre investigación mixta. Los participantes de la asignatura de comercio exterior le asignan a la investigación mixta un significado de enfoque integrador. Las categorías emergidas producto de los encuentros dialógicos permitieron interpretar la importancia de conocer y manejar la investigación mixta, lo que permite concluir que se deben hacer grandes esfuerzos para la creación de espacios donde se explique la investigación mixta en la comunidad universitaria, asimismo, la promoción de diferentes enfoques de investigación para acercarse y responder a las problemáticas de las realidades estudiadas.

The study aimed to interpret the significance of applying mixed research in the research work of students studying foreign trade. The study was based on a mixed approach, with the participation of student informants, who were surveyed and interviewed. The analysis of the information revealed a moderate level of knowledge about mixed research. Participants in the foreign trade course assign mixed research a meaning of integrative approach. The categories that emerged from the dialogical encounters allowed for an interpretation of the importance of knowing and managing mixed research, leading to the conclusion that great efforts must be made to create spaces where mixed research is explained in the university community, as well as to promote different research approaches to address and respond to the problems of the realities studied.
