Estudio geohistórico de la dinámica socio espacial de la población de San Juan de Colón, sector El Centro, Municipio Ayacuho, estado Táchira, entre los años 2000-2016

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo realizar una aproximación geohistórica de la dinámica socio espacial de la población de San Juan de Colón, sector El Centro, municipio Ayacucho, estado Táchira, entre los años 2000 - 2016. Esta forma parte de los 29 municipios del estado Táchira. Se ubica en Sur América, al oeste de Venezuela en el estado Táchira, así mismo, se debe su identificación al insigne patriota Antonio José de Sucre, quien rigió la batalla de Ayacucho en 1824, nace como San Juan de Lobatera en 1551 y a partir de 1978 se crea como municipio y la finalidad al estudiar esta realidad, es aplicar el paradigma cualitativo, específicamente geohistórico, con investigación descriptiva y de campo. La información se presentó con el uso de mapas, fotografías e informantes claves. Las técnicas de observación y la entrevista, el análisis mediante la triangulación. Los resultados indicaron: la existencia de cambios en el uso de viviendas familiares para comercio, construcción de edificios, las plazas Sucre y Bolívar como recreación y encuentros sociales, además, las personas se organizan para solucionar problemas como alumbrado público, sufren deficiencias en el servicios públicos e inseguridad, en el sector existen instituciones educativas, alta congestión vehicular, el comercio informal abunda y se identifican personas de otras nacionalidades. SUMMARY The objective of this research is to execute a geo-historic study of the socio-spacial dynamics of the population of San Juan de Colon, City Center region, Ayacucho Municipality in the Táchira State; the study is centered around the years of 2000 to 2016. San Juan de Colon (This one) is part of the 29 municipalities of the Táchira State and it is located in South America, to the West of Venezuela (in the Táchira State). Its identity is a direct result of the influence of the great Antonio Jose de Sucre, who lead the Ayacucho Battle, in 1824 and from which it was erected as San Juan de Lobatera in 1551, later becoming a municipality in 1978. Our goal is to research its reality, applying a qualitative paradigm, specifically geo-historic, based on descriptive and field research. The outcome of this research was achieved through the use of maps, photographs, key informants and witnesses; through observation and interviewing techniques as well as analysis through triangulation. The results and conclusions could be summarized as follows, The manifestation of changes across single or multifamily properties for commercial use, Edification of buildings, Sucre and Bolivar Squares for recreation and social gatherings as well as a sense of community responsibility to organize and address and resolve social issues such as public lighting, The community is confronted with deficiencies in public services and overall crime, Educational institutions are present in the area, There is congestion and heavy vehicular traffic, There is a considerable amount of informal commercial establishments and characteristic presence of citizens of other countries and nationalities.
