Lineamientos Estratégicos del Estado Venezolano en los ámbitos del Desarrollo Integral.

Abstract

De tal manera que elempleo de la Doctrina Bolivarista que surge como bandera de lucha, formará parte del esbozo de estehorizonte investigativo, nos permitirá fortalecer causas estructurales del conocimiento las fuerzas revolucionarias, para neutralizar el avance de doctrinas extranjeras y neocolonialista arraigados; y revertir su lógica de denominación cultural.
