Actitud del gerente directivo frente a las acciones administrativas de los actores educativos

Abstract

En este estudio, se realizó una interpretación sobre la actitud del gerente directivo frente a las acciones administrativas de los actores educativos de la Unidad Educativa Nacional Andrés Bello, de la parroquia Las Delicias del Municipio Girardot Estado Aragua -Venezuela. El propósito fue comprender como son las relaciones actitudinales entre estos protagonistas educativos. La metodología estuvo enmarcada en el paradigma interpretativo, siguiendo una vertiente cualitativa, bajo los criterios del método hermenéutico. Vale destacar que, la actitud se abraza con la manera de actuar y relacionarse del individuo, formando parte de los componentes afectivos, cognitivos y conductuales propios del ser humano. En conclusión, el gerente directivo, más allá de concebirse como símbolo de autoridad, debe entenderse como un personaje al servicio de la comunidad que lidera, que promueve valores integralmente y da el ejemplo a su paso; definiendo así el destino de la organización que a bien está a su cargo

In this study, an interpretation was made about the attitude of the director manager towards the administrative actions of the educational actors of the Andrés Bello National Educational Unit, of the Las Delicias parish of the Girardot Municipality, Aragua State -Venezuela. The purpose was to understand what the attitudinal relationships are like between these educational protagonists. The methodology was framed in the interpretive paradigm, following a qualitative aspect, under the criteria of the hermeneutic method. It is worth highlighting that attitude is embraced by the individual's way of acting and relating, forming part of the affective, cognitive and behavioral components of the human being. In conclusion, the executive manager, beyond being conceived as a symbol of authority, must be understood as a character at the service of the community he leads, who comprehensively promotes values and sets an example in his wake; thus defining the destiny of theorganization that is in charge.
