Factores de riesgo psicosociales intralaborales del docente: Una revisión sistemática

Abstract

El estudio se basó en resaltar la labor del docente a través del tiempo como un líder de influencia, que tiene el privilegio de educar, preparando así un modelo para el futuro. El objetivo de esta investigación fue indagar el procedimiento de las investigaciones que en los últimos tres años han sido orientadas al riesgo psicosocial en el docente en general. Metodológicamente se elaboró una revisión documental a través de la estructuración de un diagrama de flujo, que permitió organizar la información de acuerdo a indicadores correspondientes. En el análisis bibliométrico, se describieron los principales temas de investigación desarrollados y producidos en países de habla hispana, entre los años 2020 al 2023, descritos en Redalyc, Google Académico y RefSeek. Para concluir, la profesión docente ha enfrentado retos y transformaciones significativas, adaptándose a sus roles y deberes cambiantes según lo descrito en cada estudio revisado

The study was based on highlighting the work of the teacher over time as an influential leader, who has the privilege of educating, thus preparing a model for the future. The objective of this research was to investigate the procedure of the research that in the last three years has been oriented to the psychosocial risk in teachers in general. Methodologically, a documentary review was carried out through the structuring of a flow chart, which allowed the information to be organized according to corresponding indicators. In the bibliometric analysis, the main research topics developed and produced in Spanish-speaking countries were described, between the years 2020 to 2023, described in Redalyc, Google Scholar and RefSeek. To conclude, the teaching profession has faced significant challenges and transformations, adapting to its changing roles and duties as described in each study reviewed.
