Perfiles tendencia del tutor y tesista en el saber inquiriente del siglo XXI

Abstract

El camino de la investigación es complejo. Se pudiera pensar que se trataría solo de realizar un estudio siguiendo procesos metodológicos existentes; no obstante, dentro de este transitar que implica la fusión de dos horizontes: tutor y tesista, se entreteje una red de apoyo, que hace de esta travesía, todo un reto. En este artículo se pretende dilucidar el perfil, tanto del investigador tutor, como del investigador tesista que demanda el siglo XXI. La iniciativa surge de las experiencias de las autoras ejerciendo ambas posturas, además de las vivencias de las mismas en un postdoctorado en investigación de la formación tutorial. Para ello, se incorporan comprensiones que construyen puentes complementarios en la acción investigativa y tutorial, de esta era. El llamado es a ser un investigador tutor-tesista ejemplar que marca la diferencia en su accionar cotidiano personal –profesional, repercutiendo satisfactoriamente en producciones de alto nivel e impacto socio –educativo, familiar, comunitario.

The research path is complex. One might think that it would only try to carry out a study following existing methodological processes; However, withi n this journey that involves the fusion of two horizons: tutor and thesis student, a support network is interwoven, which makes this journey a challenge. This article aims to elucidate the profile of both the tutor researcher and the thesis researcher that the 21st century demands; The initiative arises from the experiences of the authors exercising both positions, in addition to their vividness in the postdoctorate in tutorial training research, for this, understandings are incorporated that build complementary bridges in the investigative and tutorial action, of this era. The call is to be an exemplary tutor-thesis researcher who makes a difference in his or her daily personal-professional actions, successfully impacting high-level productions and socio-educational, family, and community impact.
