De la etnografía a la netnografía: una herramienta virtual para la investigación ante la nueva realidad educativa

Abstract

La etnografía comprende la investigación de todas las formas de comunicación humana, incluido el lenguaje corporal y el tono de voz. La netnografía incorpora la comunicación humana en línea, que es comunicación textual o alguna comunicación multimedia comovideo, audio, imágenes. En este sentido, el ensayo se fundamenta en lo conceptual por autores como: Bakhronova (2021), para dejar dicho que desde la revolución industrial existen desafíos y respuestas han dejado los fundamentos de los sistemas educativos que hoy en día se utilizan en todo el mundo; igualmente en Moreira et al., (2021), quien dice que con la pandemia por COVID-19 nos vimos obligados a reorganizar la educación en cuestiones de segundo. También se considera a Rojas (2016), quien deja fundamentado que, la mayoría de las comunidades en línea eran grupos cerrados basados en texto y redes sociales y por último a Sulbarán (2016), para dejar dicho que la etnografía significa una descripción (gráfica) de la vida de un grupo de personas que conviven entre sí (ethnos). Se hace un recorrido por un círculo trascendental compuesto por métodos en estudio (hermenéutica-documental). Además, se investiga sobre la principal representación en el estudio de la educación y su incorporación a la netnografía dando a conocer la investigación etnográfica-netnográfica que se ha desarrollado en la epidemia del COVID-19 y qué marcos teóricos se sustentan en estos métodos de investigación cualitativa.

Ethnography encompasses the investigation of all forms of human communication, including body language and tone of voice. Netnography incorporates human communication online which is textual communication or some multimedia communication like video, audio,images. In this sense, the essay is based on the conceptual by authors such as: Bakhronova (2021), to say that since the industrial revolution there have been challenges and responses that have left the foundations of the educational systems that are usedthroughout the world today; likewise in Moreira et al., (2021), who says that with the COVID-19 pandemic we were forced to reorganize education in matters of second importance. Rojas (2016) is also considered, who establishes that most online communities were closed groups based on text and social networks and finally Sulbarán (2016), to state that ethnography means a (graphic) description of the life of a group of people who live together (ethnos). A journey is made through a transcendental circle composed of methods under study (hermeneutics-documentary). In addition, the main representation in the study of education and its incorporation into netnography is investigated, revealing the ethnographic-netnographic research that has been developed in the COVID-19 epidemic and what theoretical frameworks are based on these qualitative research methods
