Práctica vecinal vs. comunal. Hermenéutica de nuestro aquí y ahora

Abstract

Venezuela enfrenta cambios sociopolíticos que entrañan consecuencias en su historia y ciudadanía. Los orientadores debemos dar respuestas a la comprensión de esa realidad. La intencionalidad de esta investigación, comprender las dinámicas comunitarias en el contexto actual del país. Apoyada en referentes teóricos de Arendt y Moreno. Se desarrolló desde una metódica biográfica convivida con la producción de microrrelatos en comunidades carabobeñas. Se interpretaron respetando el diseño metódico. Emergieron marcas-guías que llevaron a formular hitos comprensivos: solidaridad, vecindad, libertad en la comunidad, ausencia de memoria comunal, democracia, imposición de lo comunal sobre lo vecinal. Destacó, la presencia del maestro como líder en la resistencia de la comunidad a lo comunal, negación a la sumisión y presencia de la memoria democrática.

Venezuela is facing sociopolitical changes that have implications for its history and citizenship. As counselors, we must provide answers to the understanding of this reality. The purpose of this research is to understand community dynamics in the country's current context. It is supported by theoretical references from Arendt and Moreno. It was developed from a biographical method combined with the production of micro-stories in Carabobo communities. The micro-stories were interpreted respecting the methodical design. Guiding principles emerged that led to the formulation of comprehensive guidelines: solidarity, neighborliness, freedom in the community, absence of communal memory, democracy, and the imposition of the communal over the neighboring. The teacher's presence as a leader in the community's resistance to the communal, the refusal to submit, and the presence of democratic memory were highlighted.
