Gerencia política de la ciudad y desarollo sustentable:construyendo gobernabilidad, habitabilidad y productividad

Abstract

Satisfacer las necesidades poblacionales de acuerdo a un desarrollo sustentable, no es tarea fácil para los gobiernos, en un mundo regido por el consumismo, y la poca educación en materia ecológica de la ciudadanía. Ya que, las políticas gerenciales de una ciudad, tendrían que ser pertinentes con una administración de recursos de manera eficiente y sin comprometer a las generaciones futuras. Debido a ello, esta investigación presenta como fin el establecer la visión de la gerencia política de la ciudad ydesarrollo sustentable para la construcción de la gobernabilidad, la habitabilidad y la productividad.Se empleó una metodología de corte positivista, con un enfoque cualitativo, teniendo la modalidad de tipo documental yun nivel descriptivo. Como técnica de recolección de datos se usó el fichaje, para lo cual contó con la clasificación de los datos y la ficha de contenido. El análisis de los datos se realizó por medio del análisis dialectico. Entre los resultados se nosinvitaa repensar que los derechos de la ciudad son bienes públicos universales, que deben ser defendidos corresponsablemente:Estado/Ciudadanía, por lo tanto, es necesario promover de forma continua y permanente, que el agua, el aire, la tierra y la energíacomoderechosdelaciudad,sonbienespúblicos universales de todos losciudadanos.

Satisfying the needs of the population in accordance with sustainable development is not an easy task for governments in a world ruled by consumerism and the lack of education in ecological matters among citizens.The management policies of a city should be pertinent to an efficient administration of resources without compromising future generations. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to establish the vision of the political management of the city and sustainable development for the construction of governance, habitability and productivity. Therefore, a positivist methodology was used, with a qualitative approach, having a documentary type modality and a descriptive level. The data collection technique used was the signing, which included the classification of the data and the content card. The data analysis was carried out by means of dialectical analysis. Among the results, we areinvitedto rethink that the rights of the city are universal public goods. Which must be defended jointly: State/Citizenship, therefore, it is necessary to promote continuously and permanently, thatwater, air, land and energy as the rights of the city, are universal public goods, of all citizens.
