Derecho ecuatoriano y la investigación académica: retos del siglo xxi

Abstract

La universidad es el lugar más indicado para practicar la actividad científica, en virtud al nivel de estudio que éstas ofrecen. Las Universidades ecuatorianas, establecen líneas de investigación que promueven y estimulan los procesos investigativos en el área de derecho. Es por ello, que el presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir los elementos que denotan el fortalecimiento de la triada investigación académica - derecho ecuatoriano - retos del siglo XXI, en el marco de la Educación Universitaria Ecuatoriana. Investigación desarrollada desde un diseño no experimental, tipo documental y de carácter descriptivo y exploratorio, porque infiere en el análisis de fuentes primarias ya establecidas, documentos jurídicos e investigaciones similares. En tal contexto metodológico, fueron indagados documentos bibliográficos, algunos antecedentes y trabajos previos relacionados al tema. Para la recolección de los datos se utilizó el fichaje como técnica y la ficha de contenido. Para el estudio de los datos se procedió con el análisis de contenido. Conclusión, la educación superior ecuatoriana debe prepararse para enfrentar los retos establecidos del siglo XXI: El reto de construir una sociedad justa basada en el conocimiento, hacer buena investigación científica y tecnológica, transformar los sistemas educativos de la región, entre otros.

The university is the most appropriate place to practice scientificactivity, by virtueof the level of study that they offer. Ecuadorian universities establish lines of research that promote and stimulate research processes in the area of law.Therefore, the present study aims to describe the elements that denote the strengthening of the triad academic research -Ecuadorian law -challenges of the XXI century, within the framework of the Ecuadorian University Education. Research developed from a non-experimental design, documentary type and of descriptive and exploratory character, because it inferred in the analysis of primary sources already established, legal documents and similar investigations.In this methodological context, bibliographic documents, some antecedents and previous works related to the subject were investigated.The data collection technique used was the fiching technique and the content card. For the study of the data, we proceeded with content analysis. In conclusion, Ecuadorian higher education must prepare itself to face the established challenges of the 21st century: the challenge of building a just society based on knowledge, doing good scientific and technological research, transforming the educational systems of the region, among others.
