Gobernanza territorial ambiental y la economía ilegal del narcotráfico en el vraem

Abstract

El artículo de investigación sostiene el propósito de precisar la relación entre la Gobernanza territorial ambiental y la economía ilegal del narcotráfico en el VRAEM en Perú. Esta investigación utilizará un método cualitativo, sistemático, histórico y explicativo, aplicando herramientas como revisión de la reseña bibliográfica de artículos científicos y publicaciones periodísticas para responder a la correlacional el cual explicará cómo nacieron, se mantienen y mutan los fenómenos sociales. Posesionándose en el mayor peligro latente para la protección nacional y también ilustra la importancia del apoyo internacional y los marcos regulatorios. Esto explica la relación entre los fenómenos sociales y su impacto en la gobernanza. Se puede concluir que la persistencia de TID en binomio con los grupos sediciosos del VRAEM hace que el territorio se sienta intimidado en su gobernabilidad y seguridad y que la conexión con los actores ilegales sea difícil posesionarse.

The research article maintains the purpose of specifying the relationship between territorial environmental governance and the illegal economy of drug trafficking in the VRAEM in Peru. This research will use a qualitative, systematic, historical and explanatory method, applying tools such as a review of the bibliographic review of scientific articles and journalistic publications to respond to the correlational method, which will explain how social phenomena were born, maintained and mutated. Possessing the greatest latent danger to national protection and also illustrates the importance of international support and regulatory frameworks. This explains the relationship between social phenomena and their impact on governance. It can be concluded that the persistence of TID in combination with the seditious groups of the VRAEM makes the territory feel intimidated in its governance and security and that the connection with illegal actors is difficultto take possession.
