Desarrollo infantil temprano para fortalecer competencias promotoras educativas comunitarias de Piura-Perú

Abstract

La atención integral a la primera infancia es una prioridad para asegurar la realización del cuidado infantil y asegurar un óptimo desarrollo a través de acciones coordinadas nacionales e interinstitucionales en cada región, proponiendo políticas y medidas para atender las principales necesidades de los niños menores de edad. Todos estos objetivos se basan en el desarrollo humano, desde las primeras etapas de la niñez para promover un desarrollo armónico y una buena vida. La investigación tuvo como propósito analizar el Programa DAIS para la mejora del conocimiento del desarrollo infantil temprano en las Promotoras Educativas Comunitarias de UGEL Piura 2020.Empleando para ello una metodología positivista, con una perspectiva cuantitativa, la cual presenta un diseño no experimental. Es una investigación de campo con un nivel descriptivo. La muestra fue constituida por 60promotoras educativas comunitarias de la ciudad de Piura. La técnica de recolección de datos empleada fue la encuesta y su instrumento el cuestionario, se estructuró con la escala de Likert. Como técnica de análisis de datos, se usó el análisis estadístico. Los resultados obtenidos muestran el bajo nivel de conocimiento del desarrollo infantil temprano en las promotoras educativas comunitarias. Adicionalmente, se consideraron las teorías del desarrollo del niño menor de tres años contribuyendo a diseñar y proponer el programa DAIS para mejorar el conocimiento del desarrollo infantil en las promotoras educativas comunitarias del nivel inicial de UGEL Piura-Perú, el cual fue validado a criterio de cinco expertos quienes indicaron su aplicabilidad en pro a la solución de la problemática educativa encontrada.

Comprehensive early childhood care is a priority to ensure the realization of childcare and ensure optimal development through coordinated national and inter-institutional actions in each region, proposing policies and measures to meet the main needs of underage children.All these objectives are based on human development, from the early stages of childhood to promote a harmonious development and a good life. The purpose of the research was to analyze the DAIS Program for the improvement of knowledge of early childhood development in the Community Educational Promoters of UGEL Piura 2020.Using a positivist methodology, with a quantitative perspective, which presents a non-experimental design. It is a field research with a descriptive level. The sample consisted of 60 community education promoters of the city of Piura. The data collection technique used was the survey and its instrument, the questionnaire, was structured with the Likert scale. Statistical analysis was used as a data analysis technique.The results obtained show the low level of knowledge of early childhood development in the community education promoters. The theories of child development under three years of age were considered, contributing to the design and proposal of the DAIS program to improve the knowledge of child development in the community educational promoters of the initial level of UGEL Piura-Peru. Five experts indicated that the program applies in favor of the solution of the educational problems found validate.
